'Univsited' is the color of links to articles or pages which you have not yet visited. 'Visited' is the color of links to those which you have already visited.
Use the palette to pick the color you prefer for each type of link. You may pick the same color for both types of links, although in that case you will not be able to tell links to articles you haven't visited from links to articles you have.
